Challenging the postal system

A gentleman by the name of W Reginald Bray had a lifelong passion to send things through the post that, in one form or another, challenged the postal system. Bray lived most of his life in Forest Hill, Kent from 1879 to 1938, before moving to Croydon, where he passed away in 1939. Plans for Royal Mail privatisation approved
