Since liberalisation of the postal market in 2006, the main focus has been on large volume pre-sorted mail.
Whilst the many benefits of innovation, cost savings and efficiency have been experienced by the largest mailers, those sending lower volumes have yet to find out what it’s all about.
As the marketplace develops and grows, more and more opportunities are opening up for postal users, for both UK and international mail, packets and parcels.

The ONEPOST Connect service offers:
- Collection from your business premises
We recognise that not all mail is fulfilled at a mailing house. Your daily outgoing office mail (subject to volume and geographic location) can be collected from your business premises, with no collection costs. The mail just needs to be placed in bags, trays or similar (which we’ll supply). No need to take a trip to the post office.
- 2-3 day service (UK)
Mail is collected, sorted, consolidated and tracked as it moves through networks until the point of handover to Royal Mail for ‘final mile’ delivery.
After collection, mail will be delivered to UK destinations within 2 – 3 days.
- No need to stamp or frank
Postcomm‘s Business Customer Survey 2008 highlighted high usage of franking machines by businesses (86% of respondents and as many as 92% in the education and health sector) with it being the most frequently mentioned method of obtaining a mailing discount. With ONEPOST Connect there is no need to spend time stamping or franking your mail – we’ll do that for you. For large letters and packets you don’t even need to pre-print a PPI.
