Data Audit

Whilst we would prefer you to use our website and your specific myONEPOST page to send us data, if you are sending data via email please send to your Business Manager, Account Manager and also our group Data Audit email address. Please ensure you password protect your data and send the password via a separate email (to the same recipients).

Proofs

ONEPOST request proofs for all PPI artwork and live data to ensure that Royal Mail requirements are met. You can submit proofs via your myONEPOST webpage, or via email.  These will be checked and you will receive feedback as soon as possible (maximum 3 hours).
