According to a new white paper from ONEPOST, clients have claimed it would be surprising if a company did not consider adding such call to actions to their direct mail communications.

Alex Walsh, head of postal affairs at the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), said: “I hope many businesses will read the white paper and act on the findings.  ”The direct marketing industry must take greater responsibility to ensure we deliver our share of the waste strategy objectives without the need for additional government intervention.”
