ONEPOST is the first company to provide independent advice and cost-saving solutions across the increasing number of operators collecting, sorting and distributing mail in the UK.  As importantly, ONEPOST works with its customers to implement and deliver the solutions, handling the logistics and acting as a single point of contact.

ONEPOST was established in July 2005 to help mailers understand the choices they have and, most importantly how to maximise their postal budget in what is now a liberalised and commercial market.

We also pride ourselves on our independence.  We are not a mailing house or a postal operator.

Our shareholders include business professionals who, between them, have built up many years of commercial experience – including an understanding of the mailing industry and the needs of clients using postal services.

By holding postal routing and pricing tables for all licensed operators within one piece of uniquely developed software, ONEPOST is able to provide an independent, bespoke analysis of the options available to achieve postal savings.
