Graham Cooper, Managing Director
Having worked in the Direct Mail Industry for over 30 years, Graham Cooper founded ONEPOST in 2005, a business set up to maximise the opportunities of postal liberalisation.
Prior to the formation of ONEPOST, he worked for a large Bristol based mailing house, in roles spanning Operations and Client Services, subsequently at senior level. In that role he helped plan and implement some of the largest national mail campaigns of their time.
He was a founder Board Member of the Direct Marketing Association and has represented the industry in negotiations with Royal Mail as well as working on the Mailing House Council and Postal Affairs Committee for many years
Lesley Harris, Sales Director
Working the direct mail industry for 18 years, Lesley Harris has cross-sector experience working in list management, international postal services and mailing houses.
Lesley joined ONEPOST three months after it was set up by Graham, heading up the sales growth of the business whilst also managing key accounts. For two years running ONEPOST has appeared in the Sunday Time Virgin Fast Track 100 (fastest growing companies in the UK). Lesley leads the sales force of ten Business Managers and client services team of five Account Managers.
Mark Plant, Chief Operating Officer
Mark joined the ONEPOST board in November of 2014. During his career, Mark has gained extensive and diverse experience in the mail and parcels industry. Having worked in the Royal Mail Group, Mark was instrumental in the implementation of major operational change projects and strategic development of new initiatives. In the parcels sector, Mark worked with a major national logistics provider as Network Director before recently joining ONEPOST.
Suzanne Bishop, Finance Director
A qualified Chartered Accountant since 1994, Suzanne Bishop joined ONEPOST in May 2008 to build a finance team capable of supporting the rapid growth of the company. Having trained in practice, Suzanne left KPMG soon after qualifying to pursue a career in industry, gaining experience with large plcs before moving to ONEPOST.
Whilst at ONEPOST Suzanne has project managed the introduction of new finance and workflow systems, the latter in particular providing the company with huge efficiency gains both operationally and within the finance team. ONEPOST is constantly evolving in order to meet the needs of its customers and the finance team’s aim is to provide a consistently high level of service to those customers whilst also maintaining good relationships with our suppliers.
Steve Roberts, Operations Development Director
Steve has more than 28 years experience in the mail industry and brings a wealth of operational, management and implementation experience to the ONEPOST team.
He worked for Royal Mail for 18 years in a variety of Operational and management roles and was responsible for managing a number of blue chip customers. Steve also worked in a senior role for DHL Global Mail and set up and managed their downstream access business before moving to ONEPOST in 2009.
Steve is responsible for managing relationships with our mail suppliers and has been a key person in the development of our operational systems and capabilities.
Sophie McCavery, Operations Manager – Access Products
Sophie has worked in the direct marketing industry for over 10 years. Joining the ONEPOST team early in 2006, Sophie has experienced our rapid growth right at the coal face! Along with her team, Sophie is responsible for the logistical operation of our service offering – ensuring that consumables are ordered and collections are booked.
Maintaining day-to-day contact with licensed operators, mailing houses and our client services team requires diligent planning and attention to detail for all jobs in progress.
Maxine Southcott, Unsorted & Fulfillment Services Manager
Maxine has worked in the Mailing Industry for 30 years, spending 26 of those working at Royal Mail. Her role as a Key Account Manager, responsible for one of the top ten Royal Mail customers, has helped her develop an in-depth knowledge of postal products both standard and bespoke. Maxine also worked closely with external procurement teams looking at switching mail streams to ensure the most cost effective methods of postage were used at all times.
Maxine has been with ONEPOST for just over four years, and currently manages the day to day running of our CONNECT Team, which manages the Unsorted and Fulfilments services offered by ONEPOST.
Alan Ward, Head of Data Processing
Alan has over 20 years experience in the database marketing industry both as an Account Director and Data Manager. Since joining ONEPOST in 2006, Alan has structured all the data procedures and devised checking methods to maintain high data processing standards. He currently manages a team of seven people.
Chris Yeo, Head of Client Services
Chris has been in the direct marketing industry for over 15 years. Before joining ONEPOST, Chris spent nearly 10 years working in a Senior Client role at a large mailing house. He has worked with a multitude of end clients, print management companies and marketing agencies, which has enabled him to build a vast knowledge of a wide variety of print and production techniques and understanding the needs of differing industry customers. Having come from a management position with 24 staff, Chris also possesses superb inter-personal skills both at shop floor and senior management level, whilst continuing to meet and exceed client’s expectations. During his time at ONEPOST Chris has been at the forefront of many of the top accounts delivering excellent service whilst at the same time being able to offer much practical advice on campaign management added value services and postage alike.
Claire Gingell, Head of Marketing
With nearly 20 years in the direct marketing industry, Claire brings with her a wealth of above and below the line marketing experience, in both customer, and B2B marketing. Before joining ONEPOST she worked for the world’s largest renewables consultancy delivering high-achieving global marketing campaigns. At ONEPOST Claire heads up a team which includes 3 dedicated telemarketing experts, who use their extensive experience to identify and then match customer needs with ONEPOST cost-saving products and services. Claire is also part of the Senior Management Team, and works closely with the Sales Director to make sure all marketing activity supports key sales initiatives, and reflects core business strategy.
James Stevenson, Head of IT
James has spent 20 years in IT. After his BSc, he initially worked in accountancy before moving to technical services providers, fulfilling senior and management roles.
As a group manager for an international engineering subsidiary of Keppel Corp, James brings IT governance, strategy and security experience to ONEPOST.
